Your profile:

  • completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a business economist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • several years of professional experience in the field of operational accounting, preferably in a production-related environment
  • extensive experience in the use of SAP, especially in the FI / CO & CS module and MS Excel
  • familiarity with SAP’s internal service allocation.

Your tasks:

  • processing of the entire energy and infrastructure performance billing as well as maintaining levies in SAP
  • posting of energy consumption quantities
  • processing of invoicing of the site’s ancillary business to third parties in compliance with existing contracts
  • cost center planning and analysis
  • calculation of energy prices
  • creation of provisions and accruals for energy
  • tariff determination and adjustment in accordance with the applicable regulations
  • independent processing of energy management topics such as electricity price compensation
  • support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as budgets and forecasts
  • close cooperation with the specialist departments to assess the financial impact of business decisions
